Rediscovering The Joy offers a personalized coaching journey tailored for the woman over 40 who has encountered profound life challenges, has made the decision for a major life change, or just believes that there is more to life than what she has right now.
Rediscovering The Joy empowers you to confront your current circumstances and future head-on.
Over the 3 months you will not only gain insight into your present situation, but also be supported as you clarify your aspirations for the future.
The 3 Month Program Includes
- 12 individual coaching sessions
- Assignments, activities and self-evaluations
- Vision and mission work
- Unlimited email communication

3 Month Group Coaching
This program is an opportunity for women over 40 who are creating a new start in their life and would like to do it in a supportive and congenial environment. Here, you're encouraged to embrace the full spectrum of your emotions and experiences, without judgment or pressure to conform to expectations.
In this nurturing environment, you'll find solace in sharing your stories, struggles and challenges, knowing that you're surrounded by women who genuinely comprehend and honor your journey.
The 3 Month Group Program Includes:
- Six 90 minute group coaching sessions per month
- Assignments and self-evaluations to be done on off (non-meeting) weeks.
- Unlimited email communication
- BONUS- One individual (1:1 ) 50 minute coaching call

Then join us for our Vision Workshop! This is a two part workshop that allows you to delve into truly understanding and creating your goals.
Day 1 - Saturday February 8 10am to 11:30 am
This day will focus on gaining clarity, focus and goals. You will also learn the true benefits and purpose of a vision board (no magic here).
In between - classes you will work on your Board
Day 2 - Saturday February 15 10am to 11:30 am
This day will be all about implementation and creating the plan that actually makes it all happen
